I Typed a Dog

My typewriter is very limited in its character set. However, I was able to create this dog-like critter with the machine’s available characters... and play with it a little bit. A cool thing about doing text art on a typewriter, as opposed to ASCII art on a computer, is the ability to overlap characters. For some reason, it took me ages to do sound for this. It wasn’t complicated or anything. I kept just making stuff that I didn’t like. I’m still not completely happy with it, but I had to move on. #asciiart #typewriter #stopmotion
