Zuhair Murad surprised fashion enthusiasts at his Fall Winter 2023-2024 Haute Couture show by highlighting his personal favorite hue and embracing the elegance of black. The collection contained plenty of mysterious creatures of the night: silver detailing similar to moth wings, spider web-like embroidery, and tulle bows as well as necklines that resembled the silhouette of a bat. The night is a realm of mystery, where secret lives and the unseen are revealed by a gentle burst of light, shimmering stars, suspended between the realms of dreams and reality. His creations include taut velvet jackets, delicate lace, and supple skirts, adorned with intricate embroidery and silver and black patterns resembling the feathers of a raven. Roses take on a dark allure in shades of full red, lilac, and mauve under the moonlight, clustering together in surreal bouquets.
