TAKE PART IN OUR EXPERIMENT | Loose Social Interaction Challenge

We are so excited to launch our new Happy Mind Online Course that we had to share one of our favourite lessons from it. Loose Social Interactions. These are the little moments in your day when you interact with someone you don’t really know. It’s a few minute connection that over time can blossom and make you feel rooted or more connected to your town or a community. We want to challenge you to create some loose social interactions in the comments below. We have talked to and interacted with many people in the comments of our videos that have eventually traveled all the way to Ireland and we’ve connected with them in person. It’s an amazing thing. You can nominate your self to be asked a question or you can ask a question you’d like answered and we can all feel a little closer together.
