Show Notes: This was the 2nd and final installment of Metallica’s own festival, it was a financial disaster, which led to its cancellation after only two installments. The first one took place on June 23 & 24, 2012 at Bader Field in Atlantic City, NJ, USA. The second one took place at Belle Isle in Detroit, MI, USA on June 8 & 9, 2013. The band played a secret gig the day before as “Dehaan“ (the lead actor’s name of their movie “Through the Never“) performing the entire “Kill ’Em All“ album for its 30th anniversary.
