There have been a few incidents where people got killed by the horses. Due to their strength, a single kick inflicted in the wrong place can result in a severe bodily injury or death. Some horses have a “bad switch” in their brain. They can attack at any given time. Some are just plain mean from the get go, others comply one moment and come apart the next. They are actually the most dangerous. You don’t know when it will happen. Some horses attack out of fear. Perhaps they have been abused or have never been trained properly. Horses usually will flee before they fight. If they don’t feel they have a way out of a situation they perceive as threatening they will bite and kick. Horses are not born knowing what humans expect of them. It actually takes some understanding to train them properly. Th
