Sofia Metro - riding on an old Metrowagonmash train (81-717)

A short ride on a train type 81-717.4, made in 1989 by Metrowagonmash, Russia for the Sofia metro. There are 12 trains in total from this type in Sofia. In 2019 a campaign for modernization of those trains has been started. Already two of those trains were sent to the manufacturer for modernization. In the near future all of the trains from this type will be modernized.
