Honor Walk for Cadence Joanne Tilton 2/10/2023

Cadence made the decision on Jan 31 , 2023 to check the box to be an organ donor. Less than a week later, on Feb 6 she was in a car accident. On Feb 8, she became a donor. She went to surgery on Feb 10. She then proceeded to give her heart, her liver, and her right kidney to save 3 lives.
