Cheap Camera-based Road Defect Detection

First test without any tuning of settings: 1080p, 25 fps, shutter speed 1/2000, ISO 10000. Car speeds up to 50 km/hr. Camera is magnetically mounted at back of SUV pointing downwards at the road behind the car. Bear in mind this has been compressed twice, so quality is degraded. Enquiries: @
