Israel admits bombing Rafah camp as civilians ‘burnt alive’ in melting tents

At least 35 people have been killed, including two senior Hamas officials, in Rafah after Israeli air strikes hit a camp for those displaced by the war in Gaza. Israel’s army said it “struck a Hamas compound in Rafah”, killing Yassin Rabia and Khaled Nagar, both of whom were senior officials in the occupied West Bank.
