Celtic moved to the top of the SPL table after a comfortable 2-0 victory over leaders Motherwell at Fir Park. Gary Hooper put Neil Lennon’s side in front on 32 minutes before Adam Cummins put through his own net to double the visitors’ advantage three minutes later. Cummins was then sent off for a professional foul in the second half but Darren Randolph saved Scott Brown’s penalty kick to keep the scoreline respectable for Stuart McCall’s team.
