Here I am working on an exercise that I call “Slow-Motion Jumping“. It is based on trying to hold your body in its most efficient posture as you go through the movement. I am moving between the crouched down “Neutral Posture“ and a stretched out standing up posture and controlling my structure throughout.

This low impact jumping exercise helps me to practice best dynamics of jumping and to train the body as if it were jumping but without any impact. It is also good for improving overall body condition and posture.
