Paul Bennet Airshows’ Wright R3350 powered Hawker Seafury starting up!

Paul starting up his new Hawker Seafury for it’s first flight in Australia! This Seafury is powered by a Wright R3350 radial engine, in place of the original Bristol Centaurus sleeve-valve radial. The start up sounds incredible, with a very different note to the Pratt and Whitney radials. This warbird was built in Britain, and previously named “Southern Cross” in Australia, which it is now named once more.
