[CN] Beta - Starchasm Nyx | I have 99 problems and SP regen is all of them

Another iteration, another massive change. RIP endless ult cycling, though it was indeed a little OP but now the SP regen is gutted immensely. Nyx rank upgrades are entirely damage based - you do not gain any new mechanics, no faster rotation, and just a tiny bit more SP recovery so S0 is very good already. On a budget, you’d do well with just the weapon and use Ana. As it currently stands, she’s strong but nothing meta-shifting, the current downtime is just too long. Her only MA boss atm is Tona.
