Russian MVD Ensemble choir singing Without the Communist Party, There Would be No New China! On 5 July 2021, the Communist Party of Russian Federation (KPRF) members in the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Chinese embassy in Russia, and the Russian-Chinese Friendship Society held a gala concert at the Central Academic Theater of the Russian Army in Moscow, dedicating to the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the 20th anniversary of the Treaty of Good-Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation Between the People’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation. The concert program was presented by the Rosgvardia Academic Song and Dance Ensemble (also known as MVD Ensemble) under the direction of the artistic director and chief conductor, People’s Artist of Russia Major General Viktor Yeliseyev and famous Russian soloists.
