DIY Tulle Skirt

Michael Costello stopped by the Modamob studios to show us how to make a tulle skirt perfect for a holiday party. You can make this long or short and can sew by hand or with a sewing machine. You’ll need: Elastic Tulle Scissors Sewing machine or Needle and thread If you don’t have a sewing machine, but want to be able to quickly sew things there is this hand sewing machine.
