A long ball is pushed through and Taylor rushes into the penalty area and beats his man as three Irishmen descend on him. He slips it back into the middle to Revie and Revie passes out to Matthews who runs in and slams the ball past the sprawling goalkeeper. Ball in net - England 1, Ireland 0. CU.
