Paradressage Champion Bettina Eistel finds her new Lusitano horse!

INSPIRATIONAL! Paradressage Olympic Champion Bettina Eistel finds her new Lusitano horse in Portugal with Lusitano World support! A match made in heaven, that reminds us IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING! *** Have you ever imagined riding without arms? Bettina was born with no arms: Thalidomide, a drug given to pregnant women for morning sickness, that was proven to cause terrible birth defects. Yet, Bettina never let her disability stop her from pursuing and achieving her dreams. Passionate about horses, Bettina started to ride as a teenager. This was only the beginning – she has competed in the Paralympics, European Championships, the World Championships and three times in the German Championships. Bettina contacted Lusitano World end of last year. Her goal? To find a Lusitano companion, a truly special horse. It was with tears in our eyes we witness how Homero and Bettina found each other. An inspirational story that makes us believe IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING! Soon, a full interview to Bettina about her new horse Homero! We are so happy for this new duo! Video produced by Lusitano World.
