Halos are a staple of my kettlebell work in the Prehab/rehab setting. But these halos will build overall strength and coordination of the hips, torso, and shoulders. 🔑Name of the game is to resist as much spinal movement as possible and maintain controlled acceleration and deceleration of the kettlebell. .
