Muslim satire under fire in Denmark

A group of young Muslim women starring in a satirical programme on Danish television have received death threats for allegedly mocking their religion and immigrants. Satire has been a sensitive issue in Denmark following the so-called cartoons crisis, when drawings depicting the Prophet Mohammed with a bomb in his turban caused outrage in parts of the Muslim world. The TV show is called “It’s still veiling,“ and it’s drawing large audiences. More FRANCE24 reports:
