While most answers favored the gargantuan gorilla, cast member Millie Bobbie Brown sided with reptilian icon Godzilla. Directed by Adam Wingard, “Godzilla vs. Kong” earned $9.6 million upon opening in the U.S., making it the most successful opening day since the onset of the pandemic.
