Paramore - Crave (The New Yorker Festival, Webster Hall, NYC 10/6/23)

The New Yorker Festival, featuring guest appearance by Paramore. They played 4 songs and held an hour long interview hosted by Amanda Petrusich. I wasn’t able to snag tickets for this but my buddy Alex K. was able to come in clutch with an extra ticket for me. I rushed over straight from work, still in my scrubs and was barely able to make it in time for doors. It was short and sweet and I don’t think I’ll ever see Paramore perform in such a small venue again. I managed to snap some real sick Polaroid shots and got the interview as well. It was a rather insightful look into the band’s state of mind, writing process, touring habits, as well as future projects. Amanda did a great job with the questions and some fans also texted in some really great questions of their own. This was my fifth show this week and it was no less special. Tomorrow will be one last one for the week, with Japanese Breakfast also doing this same performance & interview type deal. I’m excited!
