A rare live recording of Don Byas at the famous Ronnie Scott’s Club of London, backed by Stan Tracey piano, Rick Laird bass and Tony Crombie drums. The legendary tenorman was at his mature period, with almost 20 years in Europe, and at his personal “Autumn“. He was about to die seven years later in Amsterdam, at the age of only 59.
