UnderRail - Final Boss - 1 turn kill (Dominating)

broken psi user build I made. The entire fight takes 4 turns but when I actually start attacking, I down him in 1. For those of you who have never heard of this game, it is essentially like Fallout 1 and 2 if they were even remotely difficult; don’t let this fight fool you though because this game is really tough, especially with other types of builds. In fact, this build is so glass cannon that I had to finish fights without getting hit or else I perished and had to redo them haha. But yeah, Underrail is o
