I was shocked to see ’Lowrider of the Year’; a Convertible 61 Chevy Impala from the Lowrider Super Show cruising on the street Hopping Lowriders hit back bumper alongside Lowriders hitting switches; bouncing, hopping and cruising 3 wheel motion.
