Explosion rocks Russian city, Taganrog close to Ukraine border

The Russian military said on Friday it had shot down a Ukrainian missile over the Russian city of Taganrog and that fragments of the missile had injured civilians and damaged buildings. At least 15 people were injured in the explosion near a cafe in the southwestern Russian city near the border with Ukraine, the regional governor has said. #Taganrog #Russia #Ukraine There was no immediate reaction from Ukraine, which rarely comments on attacks inside Russia or on Russian-controlled territory.
