Bodycam Footage of Cops Shooting Robbery Suspect in Long Beach, California

* (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) * Long Beach, California — On August 8, 2021, at approximately 10:43 pm, the Signal Hill Police Department received a call regarding an armed robbery at a grocery store in the 1600 block of East Willow Street. As Signal Hill Police officers arrived on scene, community members began pointing at a vehicle that was driving out of the grocery store parking lot. Officers attempted to contact the driver of the vehicle, a silver 2020 Honda Accord, but the suspect fled from the scene and Signal Hill Police officers initiated a vehicle pursuit. Signal Hill Police officers pursued the suspect vehicle and lost sight of it in the area of Pacific Avenue and Willow Street in Long Beach. The Signal Hill Police Department provided the armed robbery and pursuit information to our Long Beach Police Dispatch who broadcasted that information to officers in the area.
