A demonstration against police violence and racism took place in Paris. A column of demonstrators marched from Gare du Nord to Place de la Bastille in the east of the city. The demonstrators included representatives of trade unions and student movements, as well as political parties, in particular the Communist Party and ’Insubordinate France’.
