Peeps Through The Window Of The World No. 21 (1935)

Titles read: ’PEEPS THROUGH THE WINDOW OF THE WORLD’. Various locations of events. In London we see the latest craze in hairdressing. A male hairdresser called Mr Bertoni cuts a lock of hair from his pretty brunette victim and dips it in a plastic solution. He forms the hair into the initials ’S L’ and sticks them on the forehead of the girl. (They happen to be the initials of this cataloguer, but I don’t fancy it much!) The girl poses with the initials stuck on, looking like she doesn’t fancy it much either. C/U of a blonde ’L’ initial on a wave of the girl’s hair. This is pretty bizarre! Various shots of a flock of swans swimming over to the snow-covered edge of a lake at the old Royal Palace in Potsdam, Germany. Some people stand on the side of the lake and feed the swans bread.
