Pat King speaks with police late on Sunday night at the Coventry base camp. The police have started arresting and charging suspects with crimes like mischief and seizing vehicles after the City of Ottawa declared a state of emergency. Snipers were seen on the roofs nearby. Police also said that anyone providing “material aid“ to the protesters may be subject to arrest. Protesters said a large amount of fuel was seized. Structures at Confederation Park, which included a shack and tents, were taken away after protesters cooperated with police.
