Once part of the capitals Cerebrale, the Earth became a dangerous place. Here there’s no politicians, no scientists, the planet is gradually becoming a haven for smugglers and vagabonds. But this does not mean that it is abandoned, here formed its own government and rules, which have to obey its inhabitants.
