Appeal that gave Chiles’ Bronze was 4 seconds too late, Olympic arbiter rules
An independent arbiter found the appeal from Jordan Biles’s coach was four seconds over the one-minute time limit for scoring inquiries. The U.S. Olympic Committee said they plan to appeal the ruling.
