Thirty years on from the historic handshake and signing ceremony of the Oslo Accords, the incentive for Israel to reach a deal with the Palestinians appears to have largely evaporated. Arab nations always made the Palestinian issue a condition of any process to normalise relations with Israel. But under Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel has turned that on its head.
