ZiP Factory sent an e-mail newsletter warning of CCI Blazer bulk ammo that is different from normal (see ) and does not function properly in the ZiP. Normally Blazer is the #1 recommendation. I would like to mention that I checked my ammo and it is the CORRECT Blazer ammo, not the Federal bullet stuff that ZiP says doesn’t work. So... sorry ZiP. That doesn’t explain it here. Part 3 of a 3-part series. In this segment, I shoot the ZiP again with much better success! I’m honestly not sure if the work I did in Part 2 of the series paid off and was responsible for the better functioning, but it certainly didn’t hurt. No, this gun isn’t running “reliably.“ It’s getting closer though, and ZiP recommends a 200 round break-in period. I am basically right up against that sort of a round count now.
