How to Make Green Goddess Dressing with Yogurt (Healthier Recipe) | The Frugal Chef
Hi there! Today I want to make a simple and healthier version of Green Goddess salad dressing. We are going to use a plain yogurt base and add fresh herbs. This is absolutely delicious guys! It will last you for a week in the fridge. The recipe is below👇. Thanks for watching!

Green Goddess Dressing
2/3 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 large garlic clove — peeled
8 basil leaves — washed
2 scallions — trimmed and cut
1/2 cup packed parsley leaves — washed
1/2 lemon — juiced
1 teaspoon anchovy paste OR 1 anchovy OR nothing if you hate them
Salt & Pepper
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and bland until smooth.
Taste and adjust the salt.
Store in a closed container in the fridge for up to a week.
