Christmas penguin cake tutorial fondant

Poppy the Penguin Christmas cake is the forth in a series of 6 new Christmas cake videos we have lined up before Christmas 2019. She is a lovely little cake and shouldn’t take you too long to whip up so is a good one to enjoy the festivities with 😊 We have used Fruit cake in our video but this can easily be switched for a regular sponge cake if you prefer. If using sponge you can switch your marzipan for either buttercream or chocolate ganache.
