Current and former Philippines presidents clash over constitution and drug claims

A war of words is heating up between the Philippines president and his outspoken predecessor, Rodrigo Duterte, who has accused the current leader, Bongbong Marcos, of plotting to amend the constitution in order to lift term limits and stay in power indefinitely. Duterte also called the president a drug addict, which Marcos was quick to dismiss.
