Say hello to Biscoff, berries & cream French Toast Casserole for the perfect no waste breakfast 🍓

Ingredients: - Stale sourdough bread - 1 tbsp @myvegan Flax Seed Powder - 500ml soy milk - 80ml @myvegan Sugar-Free Maple Syrup - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 60g @myvegan White Chocolate Vegan Protein Blend - 1 tsp cinnamon - Coconut yoghurt - Fresh berries - Crumbled biscuit - Icing sugar, to serve Method: 1. Take a loaf stale sourdough bread and cut into 1 inch cubes (enough bread cubes to cover the baking dish you wish to use) 2. Mix the wet mix by adding 1 tbsp Flax Seed Powder, soy milk, Maple Syrup, vanilla extract, Protein Powder, cinnamon and mix well with a whisk 3. Add bread cubes to baking dish and pour on the wet mix, making sure every cube is coated and soaked 4. Cook in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees celsius 5. Remove from heat and top with dollops of coconut yoghurt, fresh berries, crumbled biscuits, drizzle Maple Syrup and a light dusting of icing sugar 📸: @veganexplorergirl
