Halloween horror on Tokyo train injures 17 as stabber dressed as ‘Joker’ sets fire to carriage

Subscribe to our YouTube channel for free here: Japanese police have arrested a 24-year-old man who, dressed as the Batman villain the Joker, used a kitchen knife to attack and injure 17 passengers riding on a Tokyo-bound train on Halloween night. Police said the suspect, who identified himself as Kyota Hattori, also set fire to the carriage as it came to a stop at Kokuryo Station in Chofu. After the October 31, 2021, incident, the suspect also reportedly told police he hoped to kill at least two people so he would receive the death penalty, and that he was inspired by a similar attack in August 2021.
