Crimea Targeted By Cruise Missile, Russia Uses “Sunken Ferries“ To Guard Kerch Bridge | Ukraine War

A cruise missile has been downed in Crimea in the evening of August 30, according to the local governor. Anti-aircraft units shot down the weapon in the east of the Crimean peninsula, Sergei Aksyonov said on Telegram. Residents have been urged to “remain calm“ and only “trust official sources of information.“ In recent months, Moscow-appointed officials have reported at least two instances of ballistic missiles being shot down over Crimea. In July, Russian officials claimed a cruise missile was shot down near the city of Kerch. Meanwhile, Ukraine said Russian forces attacked Ukraine’s northeastern Sumy Oblast 25 times on Aug. 30. As per the Sumy Oblast Military Administration, the Russian attack resulted in 211 explosions. Russian forces allegedly targeted several communities and at least three private residential buildings as well as two administrative buildings. #russia #russiaukrainewar #ukraine #ukrainewar #putin #zelensky n18oc_world n18oc_crux 0:00 IN
