Path of Exile 2.3 Prophecy League Build Guide: AssReacher - The Tornado Shot Reach of the Council Bleed / Poison Assassin. This is likely the strongest build I’ve ever made - it is not just Tier 15 Map, Atziri and Uber Izaro viable, it shreds all of them. This is not a super budget build but it can earn it’s own way with some budget gear options until you can buy Reach of the Council and Kintsugi.
