Home exercise programme to lower your Blood Pressure
Welcome to Exercise For Health
My advice video on Exercising with High Blood Pressure here has been my most popular video on my channel and I therefore decided to do a home exercise workout that you can follow to help lower your blood pressure. The workout is about 35 minutes long from start to finish including the warm up, interval based workout, cool down and stretches. You only need a space, a step, a wall or arm rests of a chair or sofa, and a couple of bottles of water as hand weights (dumbbells or a resistance band will also work).
As always, it’s important you exercise at your own pace/ intensity to suit you, but I will guide you through the exercises. If you suffering with high blood pressure (although it should be less than 180/100 to take part) then this will be ideally suited to you. It may not be appropriate for you though if you have other health conditions.
Enjoy it, and leave a comment below to let me know how you got on with
