Indecent Proposal: The dress is for sale, I’m not What’s happening in this Indecent Proposal movie clip? Diana (Demi Moore) meets the mysterious John Gage (Robert Redford) as she’s looking at a dress. Seemingly seduced, Gage offers to buy her the dress. Diana finds the offer too generous and refuses. She then joins her husband David (Woody Harrelson) who’s playing dice in the casino. Soon, she notices Gage’s presence at a near table and they exchange a long stare. Diana is a top-notch real estate agent and David is a talented architect hoping to establish himself by designing their dream project: a beachfront house in Santa Monica in which the lovers have invested everything they have. However, when the recession hits, their finances take a nosedive. In a last desperate effort to save their land from being repossessed, they head to Las Vegas determined to win the money through gambling. Unfortunately, they eventually lose everything.
