Stunning Abandoned Art Deco Farm House and Old School House Down South

The first house I show was built in the early 1900’s between 1900-1910, in a very unique art deco farm house style. The balcony on the front porch was very unusual and there are no other similar houses in the area. Lots of unique and interesting details. The second place filmed was an old two room schoolhouse built in the early 1900’s. Big thanks too sandy for showing me this cool old places! Last place filmed was built around 1850 for a wealthy family and went through a number of different lives. It’s last use was as a school. Say vacant for many years but apparently there is word it will be restored and saved now. Such cool old historic places. Thank you for watching!
