Anda Roti Paratha | अंडा रोटी पराठा | Chef Harpal Singh
This #egg paratha or #andarotiparatha is roasted flatbread with soft cooked egg inside. It is delicious and a perfect breakfast or snack.
Ingredients Quantity
For Dough
Wheat Flour 1 cup
Salt a pinch
Water as required
For egg omelets
Egg 1 no
Chopped Onions ½ No.
Chopped Tomato ½ No.
Chopped green chili 2 No.
Chopped coriander 1 Tsp for sprinkle
Turmeric powder a pinch
Red chili powder ¼ Tsp for sprinkle
Garam Masala ¼ Tsp
Black pepper powder ¼ Tsp
Salt a pinch
Ghee for cooking
Method:-
1. Take bowl, add flour, salt and water, mix well and make soft dough.
2. Cover the dough with a wet muslin cloth and keep it aside for 10-15 min.
3. Take another bowl break the egg, add chopped onion, tomato, green chili, coriander, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, black pepper powder and salt mix it properly and keep aside.
4. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll the portions to make smooth balls.
5. Dust some flour on surface, slightly press the ball and roll using a rolling pin to make a 4-5 inch circle.
6. Heat non stick tava over medium-high heat.
7. Transfer the rolled paratha to the hot tava and let it cook for 1-2 minutes from both sides. Once it starts to puff up make a slit in the side
8. Tilt the paratha and pour egg mixture into the paratha pocket, Spread it evenly.
9. Flip the paratha and apply ghee on top and then flip it over again and apply ghee and cook till golden brown and crisp from both sides.
10. Place it on serving plate, Cut into 4 pieces, , sprinkle some red chilli powder and chopped coriander on top and serve hot.
