Hello Pilates friends,
I was requested to film both a 40 min and hand weight/toning Pilates workout, so I’ve combined the two into this video! I hope you enjoy. It’s relatively challenging and fast paced, but you’re gonna do great. Set aside your 40 mins of Pilates self care, and enjoy the movement with 1-3 lbs weights.
