Design Lab [ocean warrior] - 1/2

Episode 4 of design lab is a comment submitted idea to do an oceanic tribal warrior. The process for character design is slightly different than the rest because of the strict constraint of human proportions and anatomy. The design process becomes slightly more idea-based, rather than visually based. (swag?!) I encourage you to share your own ideas and opinions!
