Sailor Moon Background (Request) Free Download

This effect was requested and was based off the “Sailor Moon“ intros background. I took a few creative liberties with it as to make it less “cartoonie“ and more HD. :) This clip features an animated abstract background, as well as shooting stars, flying sparkle particles, and bubbles.
