Élie Dupuis in the studio recording BANG BANG for the soundtrack of MAMAN EST CHEZ LE COIFFEUR (Mommy is at the Hairdresser’s) in 2008. It was written by Sonny (Salavatore) Bono in 1965 for his wife Cher. In the movie, Élie plays the song on the piano after hearing the record by Claire Lepage at the kissing marathon in the barn. I bought the soundtrack soundtrack (Analekta label) at Archambaud’s the same day I saw the movie, and Élie is the best thing about it..
