ArUco markers are unique, unlike all the socks you might be getting this Christmas. Each marker has an asymmetrical pattern which is identified to calculate location and orientation, a feature that was introduced to NaviSuite this year, where it’s used to track (underwater) obstacles to aid docking and construction, amongst other applications.
