Join me for a 20 minute LEGS AND BOOTY WORKOUT to shape your glutes and sculpt your leg muscles. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. In this routine, I’ll be using a set of 8lb weights. Some exercises will be with dumbbells and some without. Intervals will be 45 seconds on, with a 30 second compound set, and 15 seconds rest.
